Cancellation Policy

Cancellation : If you wish to cancel an order, you can email us regarding the same via email us sayhi@happiecurves.com or contact our customer service number provided on the website, within 24 hrs of placing the order.


Exchange, Return & Refund : Currently we do not have a return policy. If the garment that you have purchased is not the right size or a wrong product has been delivered to you, we will exchange the garment for you within 14 days of the delivery. Please ensure that the garment is unused, in it's original packaging and has all the original tags. Once we receive the returned package, Happie Curves Squad will review the reason for exchange and based on the same we will process the exchange if valid.

 

What to do:

  • Send us an email within 7 business days of receiving the package sayhi@happiecurves.com with ORDER ID in the subject of the email. If the number of the days exceeds then the item will not be accepted for an exchange.

 

  • The squad will revert with an email confirming the exchange along with further details.

 

  • Pack the garment in its original packaging with all the original tags and a pick up agent will come to collect the package. Please note if we receive the items in any other packaging, we will not be able to accept the exchange and the package will be sent back

 

  • Once the exchange garment reaches us and is in acceptable/unused condition we shall process the refund within 14 working days.

 

Terms & Conditions:

  • Items once sent for exchange will be inspected.
  • We do not accept returns however we are happy to take an exchange request forward.
  • Kindly note that an order can be exchanged only once.

 

 

Upon completing a Transaction, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable agreement with us to purchase the product and/or service. After this point the User may cancel the Transaction unless it has been specifically provided for on the Platform. In which case, the cancellation will be subject to the terms mentioned on the Platform. We shall retain the discretion in approving any cancellation requests and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
Once you have received the product and/or service, the only event where you can request for a replacement or a return and a refund is if the product and/or service does not match the description as mentioned on the Platform. Any request for refund must be submitted within three days from the date of the Transaction or such number of days prescribed on the Platform, which shall in no event be less than three days. A User may submit a claim for a refund for a purchase made, by raising a ticket here or contacting us on seller+1fe8fe8a4c4c403cb9d86095ed07ca7b@instamojo.com and providing a clear and specific reason for the refund request, including the exact terms that have been violated, along with any proof, if required. Whether a refund will be provided will be determined by us, and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
