Shipping :

• Once we process the order, we inspect and recheck the garment to ensure they are in perfect condition.
• After the quality checks are complete, the squads packs the garment and hands over to one of our delivery partners.
• The delivery partners will deliver the package to you at the earliest. Incase they are not able to deliver they will contact you on the number provided at the time of placing the order.

Delivery :

• We have tied up with various delivery partners, to deliver your order right to your doorstep within 7 – 10 working days (excluding weekends or any public holiday)
• The orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hrs after receiving the order under most circumstances.
• Our work timings are Monday to Friday 11 am to 7 pm, all orders are processed and dispatched in this time frame.
• While we make an effort to ensure fast delivery of your orders, but we do not accept liabilities for deliveries made beyond the specified timelines due to some unforeseen circumstance.
• We will deliver the order to the address mentioned while placing the order.

International Delivery :

• For placing an order outside India, drop us an email on sayhi@happiecurves.com and we shall help you place the order.
• Shipping for international orders will be on actuals depending on the weight of the package and the country it’s being sent to.
• Shipping Cost is to be fully borne by you(customer).

**Happie Curves cannot be held liable for any failure to deliver products, or any delay delivery or for any damaged or defective products delivered that is caused due to any event or circumstances beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation to strikes, lockdowns and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident and bad climate or weather. However, if such circumstance arise, do contact us and we will do our best to rectify the issue for you.
