Placing an Order :

Our websites allows you to place an order with us via secure online checkout. Order acknowledgement is sent to you via email. Please note that we hold the right to brand our products.

We may refuse to accept the order under the following circumstances :

• Products ordered are not available or defective.
• Incase the payment does not go through the payment gateway for unknown reasons.
• If the order is to be delivered to a pincode or area where our delivery partners may not be able to service.

Order Acceptance :

We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason after receiving your order. The order considered accepted/confirmed only once you receive the shipping information by us. If at all the order is cancelled in part or full we shall issue a credit to your bank account or the store wallet in the form of cash or coupon.

Pricing :

All the prices are inclusive of GST(as applicable 2022) and we reserve the right to change the price at any given time. We charge separately for logistics and for COD orders which are shown at the checkout page.

Delivery :

We have tied up with various delivery partners, to deliver your order right to your doorstep within 7 – 10 working days (excluding weekends or any public holiday). The orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hrs after receiving the order under most circumstances. Our work timings are Monday to Friday 11 am to 7 pm, all orders are processed and dispatched in this time frame. While we make an effort to ensure fast delivery of your orders, but we do not accept liabilities for deliveries made beyond the specified timelines due to some unforeseen circumstance. The delivery partners will deliver the package to you at the earliest. Incase they are not able to deliver they will contact you on the number provided at the time of placing the order.

International Delivery :

International Delivery is possible by dropping us an email. Shipping for international orders will be on actuals depending on the weight of the package and the country it’s being sent to. Shipping Cost is to be fully borne by you(customer).

Return, Cancellation, Exchange and Refunds :

Currently we do not have a return policy. If the garment that you have purchased is not the right size or wrong product is delivered we will exchange the garment for you within 14 days of the delivery. Please ensure that the garment is unused, in it's original packaging and has all the original tags. Once we receive the returned package, Happie Curves Squad will review the reason for exchange and based on the same we will process the exchange if valid.

If you wish to cancel an order, you can email us regarding the same via email us sayhi@happiecurves.comor contact our customer service number provided in the website, within 24 hrs of placing the order.

Incase of cancellation of the order for any reason mentioned above we shall issue the refund to your bank account or in the form of coupons to be used on the website.

**Happie Curves cannot be held liable for any failure to deliver products, or any delay delivery or for any damaged or defective products delivered that is caused due to any event or circumstances beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation to strikes, lockdowns and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident and bad climate or weather. However, if such circumstance arise, do contact us and we will do our best to rectify the issue for you.
